Tabata training is a 60-minute full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and stability. The classes include high-energy exercises to boost endurance, strengthen big muscle groups, and finish with slower, controlled holds that activate the deeper muscles and help you calm down. Each session closes with a proper stretch since it is as important as the warm-up and the strengthening parts. Every exercise is well-explained, with options for all fitness levels, so everyone can train safely and effectively
