In this course, you will get comprehensive training that includes mobility exercises, deep muscle stretching and strengthening, balance development, that will help you to prevent from injuries and helps you to deepen your awareness of your body.
Nowadays, more and more people realize that it is important to move and exercise regularly, but not everyone is aware of HOW to do it in a healthy way.
During these classes, I will teach you how to make your body more mobile, flexible, and strong at the same time, how to stretch without getting injured, how to boost your body’s stability and how to recognize your body's needs.
Since I aim to make this class enjoyable, playful, and safe for everyone, the exercises can be adapted to everyone’s level.
Hello everyone!
During this course we use every minute to develop our bodies!
After a short but effective and mindful warmup we dive into the universe of 'Tabata' which is a workout with timed intervals and short recovery times.
Each time you can expect a new series of exercises but don't worry, I will explain everything you need to know about them! They will contain among others stamina training and deep muscle workout that also develops your mobility and balance.
To finish off the class we will cool down and stretch so we keep the balance of work and rest as they are equally important!

My name is Júlia Farkas, I am a contemporary dancer and I am excited to share the joy of movement with you! 😊
This course is a dynamic blend of building stamina and strength, connecting with our physicality, and most importantly—having fun through dance!
We begin with a full-body warm-up, followed by endurance and strength-building exercises using fitness drills. After a quick water break, we dive into learning a simple yet energetic choreography. We finish the session with a cool-down and stretching to ensure both body and mind feel relaxed and refreshed after our shared 60 minutes.
These classes are open to all levels—I provide alternatives so everyone can follow along at their own pace.

Each session begins with a warm-up. We then learn a short choreography, followed by a dance workout program that trains and challenges all muscles. We focus particularly on fluid, feminine movements, and floor work is also part of the program.
