In Wall Pilates, the wall is an additional element, serving both as stabilization for certain standing exercises and as resistance that can be used to make the exercises even more intense and effective without putting stress on the joints. The classes always start with a check-in to acknowledge the current state of the body and mind. It is a gentle and refreshing way to start your morning!
